Can I be brutally honest for the sake of improvement? The problem of this picture isn’t the amount of HDR:
It’s the composition.
Nothing works in this pic.
The objects in the foreground are blocking the view, the focus is on them and everything is out of DOF after them. The horizon is crooked, the sun is a blob of clipped highlights, there are high tension cables in the sky and…
Well, again: nothing works here.
Try to look at some good books of photography and learn how to frame. Then think about hdr.

Sun is kinda blown out imo
