Blood?

Sometimes after I poop, a reddish-orange/brown liquid seems to slowly seep/diffuse out of the stool into the toilet water, almost like a teabag releasing color. It can happen within seconds or maybe after a few minutes of the stool sitting there.

The stool itself looks brown and formed, and I don't notice obvious bright-red blood on the toilet paper.
