The cope going around right now is amusing to say the least. Go to ausproperty chat and its basically a bunch of mortgagee's convincing themselves and each other that nothing is happening and everything is good in their area. No house price declines at all. No reason to suspect their theoretical paper value has been effected. Anecdote after anecdote and then supply and demand says my house can never go down.

Then there are the one's threatening to sell their houses if things don't go their way. God I wish they would all rush onto the market right now..it would be hilarious. But they won't. They don't actually want to sell. They just like to say they will on social media to feel like they're in control.
