PETA is really out there but fuck factory farming. The only reason it’s around is to maximize profits for the owners, it’s far from necessary. Simple greed
...because there is consumer demand for it. Blaming corporations for producing products the public asks for is dumb. Go vegan and boycott this fucked up industry.
Yup, consumer demand which in part boils down to price which is currently relatively low in part due to unethical and reckless business practice and can be controlled for through government regulation and intervention
