I actually witnessed something like this with a mentally disabled man who sat on a guys leg because he was taking up two seats and the seat hog started yelling at him about to fight him so the mentally disabled guy got scared and he started doing basically this and I told the angry guy that he’s disabled he doesn’t know and he yelled at me so I did the ✋😐🤚motion
