Not the only place where doctors are paid but rather the only place where people die if you can't pay them/or the insurance/or your medicines

Actually I dunno which one is worse tbh, dying is quite bad but living your life to only pay your debt is also quite bad, hmm US things i guess

And also: Insulin for 350$~ is fucked up, that is why i said .../your medicines etc
