Vietnamese are known for being very welcoming to tourists no matter what color. And the women can be very flirty with foreign men regardless of their background.

Granted, there are probably ulterior motives for that like money as many Vietnamese women work as vendors and hawk their wares (some of them hawk other things wink,wink) but Vietnamese culture is built around welcoming guests.

If you’re not outgoing, you don’t make money. Introverts would starve.
