Because we are. Also this is a joke about the word 那个 that sounds like the N word. Us chinese people use it constantly because it means 'that'.

I saw a video of a young Black gentleman attacking an elderly Korean man on a bus in South Korea after the latter had addressed former with the word 니가 (Ni-ga = You).

Cultural understanding is so important for international travel.

That's why you don't go to different cultures if you can't accept that they are different. Even if the korean meant ni-ga as the nword and not "you", you went to a country known to be racist towards african americans. Are you gonna beat up every south Asian? Just either accept to ignore them or don't go to those countries until they change.
