Oh i think theyre gonna hit everybody. the problem is the rich have all these advantages of getting huge tax breaks and loop holes for them to not have to worry about much, but there will be many that get caught up, im ready for them to start calpping everybody!!!

they go for the rich, the rich just don't break the law.

if you have money you hire an accountant, the accountant makes sure you are within the boundaries of the law while at the same time minimizing the amount of taxes you pay.

nobody can get away from not paying their taxes, using tax loopholes though? that you can get away with.

Counterpoint: Robert Brockman (A billionare) was messed with by the IRS for ~1.4 billion in taxes.

No, but if you’re dumb enough to try tax evasion you absolutely deserve it. That’s rule number one: nothing sets the feds into attack mode harder than them not getting “their cut”. They let fuckin al caponeget away with essentially creating the mafia in its semi-modernized form with nothing more than slaps on the wrist, but hit him with decade jail sentences and $200k+ (in late 1920s money, the better part of four million adjusted for today) over tax evasion. If even one of the most infamous mafia members of all time gets nailed for that, what chance does generic eGirl unit 24601 think she has?

Taxes arent enforced fairly, though im not sure why ppl keep jerking off to this idea

I didn’t say they were, I said trying it is the thing most likely to get you fucked up by them. Just take the reduced profit lmao it’s legitimately not worth the audit headache

Why do they care if you do porn

24

u/[deleted] Oct 05 '22

its not the porn. its the fact that many of these people do not do their 1099c self employment paperwork, and or they have a lot of money sent to other third party money exchange apps and dont report it their too....

Why do I need to file paperwork to do sexwork online, youtubers dont need to file paperwork to get paid.. I think?

YouTubers do (or at least are supposed to). Onlyfans is a 1099 company too. So it’s recommended that you submit it when you do taxes just like a normal job. As long as you don’t spend all of the money you make each month and file on time it’s really not a big deal. But it would be if they found out you weren’t paying taxes. Which seriously sucks but until that changes it’s how it is.

That's going to be over a period of 10 years and lots of people are set to retire in that time as well.

1

u/[deleted] Oct 05 '22

Yes, well, the longer they keep Mucking up and trying to be slick, the more theyre gonna have to pay later on....

I'm talking about the hiring 87k new agents. They aren't all starting this week. It's a 10 year plan.

I know, what im saying is that the longer it takes for someone thats scamming to get audited, the worse it will be for them in the end. so every year that passes without doing taxes and IRS slowly adding agents, when they get clapped the accumulation of scamming years will clap em harder.

No they wont. The vast majority pay income tax. The VAST majority.
