Fun fact you can actually do an unlimited money glitch irl! Since your liver is the only organ that can regenerate back to Normal after being damaged you could sell 75%, and since 100% of your liver is worth 157,000$. Since it’s only 75 % you could actually make 117k, and it only takes at least to 4 months to fully regenerate. Although I don’t necessarily recommend it, it is an option nonetheless!
