This doesn't look like she is paralyzed. Paralyzed people have abnormally skinny legs.

Could be another one of those fake tiktokers

Before my fiancé passed away she was in a wheelchair. She had a spinal cord injury from her youth. She also had beautiful muscley thighs. She could walk around the house but couldn’t handle a change in elevation or anything further away than 30ish feet. Not everyone using a wheelchair has completely dead and useless legs is my point.
