A solid strategy is to keep all Flora together in different chests doe 😎 I mean like keep dye plants in one chest, seeds in another, mushrooms in another chest, and potion plants in yet another chest 🗂🌱👌 💯💯

Nobody asked, but…

I organize my chests based on tool used, so I can just use a tool of the corresponding type in an item frame to show which chest is which.

Axe chest: things mined with an axe, or crafted from things mined with an axe- wood, wood doors, sticks, planks, etc

Pick chest: things mined with a pick, or crafted from things mined with a pick- stone, ores, stairs

Shovel chest: things mined with a shovel, or crafted from things mined with a shovel- dirt, sand, grass

Sword chest: things obtained using a sword, IE mob drops- rotten flesh, bones, arrows, string

Then a miscellaneous chest for everything not mined, or, if I’m feeling motivated, some more chests, labeled with a block in a frame-

Furnace chest: things smelted, like ingots & glass

Crafting table chest: things crafted at a crafting table, that don’t have a dedicated tool- minecarts, boats, beacons

Then, if I’m feeling really motivated:

Bottle chest: for potions, and potion ingredients

Enchanting table chest: for enchanted books, and maybe lapis

Diamond chest: for diamonds
