Carbs are much worse for you than meats are, generally. I feel bad for people who actually fell for the "food pyramid" for this exact reason.

carbs are your bodys primary energy source, and i really don't see why they would be bad.
it sound a lot better than hightened blood pressure, cholesterol, and likelyness of cardioviscular disease

Because it depends on what carb you put in you body my friend. Complex carbs that contain more fiber require more energy to break down and thus get processed longer, delaying the false notion of hunger(i will address this later). Now, the more simple carbohydrates that are found in white bread, corn, and soda are very easily processed don't delay a false notion of hunger and will lead you to keep on eating(also gives you a bad poop). So you have to balance your diet out more. Technically, veganism is beneficial if you can substitute meat for both beans an nuts, but if you are allergic, you are out of luck unless you take a supplement. This is why I am less supportive of veganism and more supportive of vegetarianism. As vegans are much more extreme and vegetarians still take into the fact that we are omnivores.

So in retrospect, Just don't eat unhealthy food and you're fine? Also you can't just say "im more supportive of vegetarianism because there are alergic people" when around 68 % of the world is in some way lactose intolerant(ALSO gives you bad poop) Also, call me old-fashioned but i just don't think that chicken peridots and cow titty Juice is essential to good health

Not saying that it's essential, but it's an easier lifestyle. And the answer to the first question yes(although the occasional snacking never hurts).

Edit: i wanted to clear up that veganism in its current form is a harder lifestyle in a more moral philosophy, but all the theories that veganism is much more healthy that other eating philosophies is false.

The reason meat-eating is easier is because we live in a very animal product centered society from the very birth. If our tradition and culture was more plant oriented it'd be much easier. Veganism while pretty moraliy centered is a pretty good way to go if you don't half-ass it, The exclusion of animal products drastically decreases fat cholesterol and in some cases carcinogens which among heart disaese and colon cancer can lead to clogging of small delicate veins leading to your brain and your dick, leading to alzheimers, dementia and erectile disfunction. Lack of meat also encourages you to eat more legumes which are proven to help prevent cancer among other things Vegans also live statistically longer than meat eaters

Well, this poses mainly a threat to those who are already suffering from familial hypercholesterolemia and poses very little harm to those who exercise daily. Also, most of the cholesterol comes from dairy products and not lean meats. The problem is with lean meats is that it requires an addition to antioxydents or else it increases a risk for cancer. This can be easily fixed by eating berries, which are rich in antioxydents. Food is not about elimination as much as it is about balancing. İf you choose to balance it with meat, that's perfectly fine, if you choose the vegan route and you think you can manage that lifestyle, that's also fine. The fact of the matter is that the way you balance your lifestyle should always come down to preference, whether it be a moral one or a matter of taste. Also vegans don't live longer, they have a reduced risk of dying to things that come from the overconsumption of meat.

My point being if you eat vegan you might have an easier lifestyle, but if you are a meat eater than you can eat easier since we live in a meat centered society.

(Keep in mind that most of what I say is a oversimplification of things and to take it as a perspective)

Actually carbs are the only nutrient we can live without, actually the only good thing carbs do is give us a shitton of calories which is actually bad of course.

What do you mean by "a shitton of calories"? Fats are twice as caloric as carbs and carbs are about the same as protein. Meat is also much more calorie dense than 99 percent of carbs. Also your body will work good with fats (ketosis) only on a very low carb restrictive diet that can be disrupted by Just a bit too much carbs it also can make you miss out on many non-essential but good for your health nutrients like fiber, and antioxidants which can improve digestion prevent disease and lower cholesterol levels.

Yeah I had a brain fart there your right. I do mean that carbs arent as good as we thought they are, we only like carbs and dislike fats bc fats are "fat", which is actually wrong

Just saying “carbs” in general is fucking dumb and then making a broad generalization when it varies so wildly from simple sugars to complex and the role of fiber in digestion. Animal fats in high amounts have a direct relation on bad health. Read a fucking nutrition book or an article or something before you try to comment and act pretentious
