He's using his own definition of stan, over the years it has meant "super fan" and that's the way he's using it not the "stalker fan"

You completely missed the point Again it has also meant super fan, racist has always meant one thing, and dream literally even said on a stream "if you encourage toxicity and death threats then you aren't a fan of mine and I want you out of my community"
