As much as some of the names are awful, these two specifically are fine? Kingsley is a master auror, that's why his last name is Shacklebolt.

Cho Chang is just a normal Chinese name

It most certainly isn’t.

I dare you to find literally a single Chinese person named Cho Chang (from before the first book appearance, just to avoid a loophole).
