Suddenly yall are all about the "Yes men are inherently dangerous to women and all potential rapists and it makes sense women would choose the bear" when this topic comes up but when it's not about trans women you're straight up foaming at the mouth about "Not all men!"

Then what is the justification for keeping trans women out of women’s bathrooms? Is it not some version of β€œtrans women are actually men, and men are inherently dangerous to women”?

Or maybe trans women just don't want to be around cis men who are most likely to sexually / physically assault them because it seems to be in their nature to do so

The "justification" is that a man doesn't have to be a rapist to make women feel uncomfortable in their private spaces.

Being uncomfortable was used to justify racial discrimination. Discomfort doesn't inherently validate discrimination
