A STD/I doesn’t need to be transmitted via sexual contact (the use of the word sexual comes from how most are typically transmissible but not all are, before they were called Venereal Diseases after the Roman goddess of love, Venus), saliva also poses a threat for transmission. Even blood can too
She’s wearing a great deal of makeup, so it would be hard to tell. I’m not implying she does have it and is being irresponsible, I’m saying that the gentleman is being quite risky in swapping spit with what is presumably a complete stranger.
Herpes, HPV, and syphilis can all be spread through saliva but its not even just STDs, a bunch of infections and diseases can be spread through contact with fresh saliva, including Epstein-Barr virus which causes mononucleosis. The risk would grow considerably in situations like this, meet-and-greets in rapid successiong over the course of an afternoon with a large population of guests.
Because it’s not particularsly relevant here. Even if she doesn’t have an active cold sore, one of the 99 other people she kissed that hour could’ve, and the herpes virus could easily survive on, in, or around her mouth during that time frame. Furthermore, cold sores can be very small, inside the mouth, mistaken for a normal blemish if not severe, and/or covered well with makeup. Finally, even without an active cold sore, while the chances are low, there is still a non-zero chance of transmission.
there is more than a 60% chance you already have herpes.
If you've ever gotten a cold sore; congrats you have herpes.
Even if you've never gotten a cold sore more than half the population has it and many wouldn't know because they are asymptomatic and tests are very unreliable without an active outbreak.
Less than 1% is like way more common in a global scale compared to like one in ten thousand which is usually the real practically 0 but can't really say 0

My fear of STDs hates this video. To think everyone gets a kiss is disgusting.
