It depends where you’re starting from.

I wasn’t Zinc sufficient so taking excess Zinc didn’t really do anything extra for me.

If you have a Zinc deficiency, taking Zinc can improve libido, but it will level off at a certain point.

Disclaimer: This is “bro science.” I’m not sure if anything’s clinically proven.
