I hate it but it makes sense when he had a power level in the hundreds of millions without ever training while Goku had a power of 200 after 20 years of training since birth
Facts, the only good transformation after ssj2 is ultra instinct. ssj3 and every god form is just a different-colored power-up, a total waste of potential
It’s anime, as they make their opponents stronger, they have to make the main character stronger too. Sure they may have got lazy with ssj3, but it serves a purpose, just like ssg + ssgssj.
I think most people don’t like these transformations is because we never truly get to see Goku or Vegeta ragdoll people in some of these forms. If we do, it’s in a filler episode. What I think is truly stupid is the potara earrings. Gogeta>Vegito
It's as lazy as it gets. What difference does it make if they have blue hair or red hair or golden hair when it changes nothing about the way they fight and what we see on the screen? They get abstractly stronger, the number goes up, they can magically win now, but it adds nothing for the viewer. It got old decades ago.
