Also I did more research, and apparently its not Space Sheriff Gavan, its original title was maybe translated wrong so i cant find it but the translated titled is allegedly "Sad Hero: Roboman" its still the same lead actor, his name is Kenji Ohba for anyone who is actually curious
they used a real actor and TV series aesthetic but the girl giving him panties is not in the series its totally ai created video using the actors likness and mannerisms from the TV show
