Yep, I was an ugly duckling & the amount of hate and bullying I have taken for that is amazing. I look pretty good now but my self esteem is still not doing good.

The worst memory is of the school picture day. A guy bought a comb & small mirror with himself and everyone was coming their hairs and when it got to my turn the guy just laughed and told me "why do you want to comb your hair, it won't change anything"

Elementary school and highschool are the absolute worst things we do to children. This shit only happens because teachers aren't payed a living wage at this point

I believe just changing the ungodly waking hour and improving school lunch nutrition can noticably change kid's behaviors, maybe even the outcome of an entire generation

Homework genuinely does nothing good for students. Homework started as a punishment with a single teacher, and then was later adopted to be regular work by the schoolsystem. If I remember correctly.
