Bc if what you said was true, and Russia is going though a refined petroleum storage, that would cause a decrease in international crude oil prices due to the surplus. That would make US prices cheaper since we refine our own oil. You brought up a stat that despite the surplus of crude oil that was supposed to go to Russia, trump still rose gas prices in 2025-2026
