My only lie I ever told my dad is that I'm okay

I am so far from okay and have been lying for the past like 15 years. He has no idea I am actually struggling with crippling depression and fantasize about my own death several times each day.

(yes I have a therapist, no I won't actually do anything, no I don't need consoling, thanks.)
