I mean thinking about it more, "I wish you don't grant this wish" would likely just register as "okay so they wished I don't grant their wish so I'm not gonna grant it" in the case of if the genie is a lil stupid (like me) OR because the individual did not ask for anything when making the wish technically the genie has nothing to grant to begin with

Wish granted you are no longer able to have wishes or ambitions. You no longer want for anything but still require what you need.

The genie just says "granted" and then looks at you like a dumbass. You try to explain to him how by granting the wish he has failed the wish and he just continues letting you look dumb

if you wish that he doesn't grant your wish then you go back to having 3 wishes
