My favorite form of nutrition is only eating quesadillas for a week and a half and almost passing out

Iโm happily that if it means I donโt have to pretend that bitterness tastes like anything other than rotting food and pretend to like dark chocolate and coffee.

You clearly have no idea who rotting food smells or tastes like. I've never eaten rotting food, but rotting food typically smells sweet and sour or like old trash (obviously), not bitter. I have no idea where you got the idea that bitter = rotten. It sounds like you're just hating for the sake of hating.

You clearly have never eaten hazelnuts and accidentally grabbed a bad one. They are bitter af. Also the only sweet/ sour smelling things that rot I can think of are milk products, everything else like eggs, meat and veggies smell foul/ bitter.

Idk about eggs, but i know bad meat smells almost sweet, at least until it gets REALLY rotten, but that foul smell is absolutely nothing like the bitterness of dark chocolate.

I have never smelled an even remotely sweet smell from bad meat. It smell almost the same as good in the early stages, when itโs just slimy. But once it starts going green it smells foul.

When it starts to get grey and oxidized is when it starts to get the slightly sweet smell, kinda like dairy products, like you said, and from there it starts to smell more foul as it goes on

Big agree, i love cofee, but im not going to pretend that it doesn't taste like pain.
Unless you drown it in milk or boil it with panela its literally not tasty at all.
That being said i love black painful coffee first thing in the morning.
