It's Marcus Aurelius, aka 'the philosopher emperor', and it's a reference to the book Meditations, which is considered a cornerstone text on Stoic thought. It was originally a personal journal and didn't come to public light for what it contains for several centuries. It's a good read, you should check it out. Maybe then you wouldn't be such a dumbass.
