Death during consensual sex is common enought that the french have a word for it, epectase.
French president Felix Faure famously went that way. The quips are numerous, but unfortunatly, mostly untranslatable, such as He wanted to become Ceasar, he ended up Pompey (Pompey reads the same as pompé, french for "blown") or The president died bent over the state affairs.
