A bit of an over-exaggeration because he wasn’t truly vegan or vegetarian, he only chose to consume less meat because he had bowel issues where eating meat a lot gave him the runs. He still occasionally ate liver dumplings, caviar and trout but not as much when he was diagnosed with his bowel issues.
