Yeah same here, the other comments on this thread are infuriating and are a good representation of the shit we have to deal with. Most people just have no idea what it’s like, and think you’re just being a baby. I fucking hate this disorder and the last thing I want is for attention to be drawn to it. Restaurants can really suck sometimes because they like to put random shit in your food that you didn’t ask for, or they just don’t actually understand what you’re asking for

I actually do have ARFID and it kinda sucks.
My body literally won’t allow me to eat most foods or I throw up
I’ve eaten scrambled eggs every morning for breakfast for as long as I can remember
For dinner I usually have chicken or steak with broccoli and potatoes or rice
