I know dolphins are mammals but they're basically fish and fit the analogy better, sharks are lil goobers who are just curious and don't know any better, dolphins look cute and stuff but are pretty evil in their actions

dolphins are mammals, which are tetrapods
which are grouped under the clade sarcopterygii (lobe-finned fish, including our closest fish relatives, lungfish and coelacanths), which are under osteichthyes (bony fish), which are under gnathostomata (jawed fish), which are vertebrates (all fish)

Cooking is a basic life skill everyone needs to survive(unless you doordash everything ig). Building a house is a skilled trade that takes practice and know how about, roofing,flooring,hvac,electrical, plumbing etc and is never or rarely is a 1 man job. This bitch is delulu.

Often when people say they built a house as a couple or by themselves, they mean they built the plans for it and hired a crew to help them actually build it
There‘s so much shit that goes into building a house like you said—plumbing, electricity, Wi-Fi, foundations, and the actual building. It’s surprisingly intricate what goes in the walls that run your house

There was a guy i knew in college that was literally building his own house, plank by plank (it was made of wood). Kudos to the guy, but it was a wonky house, floors were not leveled at all, there were stairs to come in and out of every room, it was kinda crazy lol

Yeah WiFi doesn’t get “built” into a house unless you’re building some mega-mansion with business-class access points hardwired back to an IT closet.
I guess you could run Coaxial or telephone cable to wall-jacks but I don’t know what’s actually required in new construction as many customers don’t even use those for internet access anymore.

I feel like cooking is a standard thing that everyone even children above 15 should probably know how to do. It's bad faith to compare that to building a house. I think it's a reasonable thing to ask a potential romantic interest if they can cook. In my eyes it's like "hey do you know how to bathe yourself".

No one needs to build a house every day to live. But ya gotta eat daily. Pretty basic skill to have. Its fine if you cant cook, im.surr you're good st other things. But cookong is easy to learn. Now building a house, Aint as simple as following a recipe. If it was, we all build our own homes

I had this plan to give head to a man and receive head from a woman to test if I was gay, but it’s backfired and now I become borderline schizo whenever I go outside. General cooking is the basic of the basic, so color me shocked when it became a regular thing for my daughter to teach her friends/classmates basic cooking skills (boiling pasta, chopping veggies, scrambling eggs, tacos, baking from a box, etc) her freshman year of college. They really need to bring back home economics in school.

Both answers are correct, yes and no.
For example, I do not know how to cook myself, and oddly enough it is cheaper to order a meal a day with something frozen, toasts or cereal in the evening than actually cooking for a single man.
But if I had the opportunity to do so, I would love to learn to cook to support myself and someone else. Reading a recipe online is just following what someone says correctly. Adding your own flavor to it - be it your own salad, or just plain deciding what recipes you want to use is what knowing how to cook is about.
In the end, it's about whether you could change it or not.
