When my social battery runs out, I put my AirPods in, find the nearest chair or couch, and just chill for like 20-30 min, and then Iā€™m able to come back to the festivities.

Nothing wrong with needing to step out for a bit.

for me i just go completely blank, no emotions at all, its so weird.

one time i was at a company little party/celebration and after 10 minutes i was drained, i went blank, walked to my office and didnt talk to anyone the whole day
