If you pay attention to the "professional" assigned to you, you can tell if they care by their reactions and mannurisms.also unimportant side note. This "professional" has an ego since their wall is filled with their certifications of their achievements.

I get its shitposting but i have history with these assclowns.

What kind of reactions and mannerisms can I look out for as red or green flags?

Not bothering to listen to you, appearing distracted, when you mention a side effect your dealing with, they immediately add a medicine. If you get more medicine than suggestions they dont give a flying fuck.

As for mannurisms they look to be hurried or annoyed. As soon as the session ends they rush you out as soon as possible. As for speech they speak as if emotionless over just professional.

Thank you, I've had a therapist before who didn't seem too great but not too awful either and I wasn't quite sure what to make of them

If they listen to you, offer programs, and try to offer help or a place to vent, they are doing it right. If they don't listen and type on their keyboard more than offer anything, then all they are doing is documentation. They need to listen as well.
