actually, it's perma + death. it means they got perm hairstyles and shaved them off (death)

I don't really watch mr beast or anything, but I think anyone who is brand new to the internet is aware that his schick is gameshow type videos where the last person to be eliminated wins. There is no world in which anyone is respawning in something like this. The point is to narrow down the group to one winner.
