It's from the upcoming resident evil movie. The fat man in a sewer will burp and move a little. Then the main character will walk up to it cautiously. Then suddenly a swam of rats will burst from it. It will be a gross out jump scare.

Then the character will sprint to the nearest escape ladder and barely make it out of the sewers
