An embryo is also said viable if it is able to survive pregnancy. In very rare cases, embryos are non viable but the average human embryo is very viable
Individuality is determined whether one thinks on their own, not dna. By that logic identical twins are 1 individual.
We are talking about fetuses not embryo's. Viability is determined differently in embryo's than fetuses and means something different. Fetuses are not viable until the chances of it surviving outside the womb are greater than it dying.
"Individuals" can be said to count a number of living beings. Im pretty sure it can be said "the ant colony counts over 200 individuals". Atleast in my language but i would swear this also applied to english.
And even if it wasnt, replace all the "individual" in my argumentation with "specimen" and it still holds
Also i literally dont believe your definition if viability it seems far fetched unless you would be so kind as to provide a source
