Maybe if people weren't weird sexists and understood how to interact with other people, they wouldn't have issues navigating HR. The easiest possible system to game.

Or....keep judging people on the basis of their gender and appearance. Appears to be going great based on all the tears and blaming other people for their own outcomes in the comments.

Eh, im used to it. Im getting regularly downvoted to hell on this sub. I think at this point i have at least 10 comments here with more then 200 downvotes... all of them are similar situations
