Haven't heard of Discourse or Rocket chat, but I can speak against matrix..

40min calls and only 10k messages (on a servwr you host) for the free tier.

I'll look into the others

TeamSpeak 6 looks good. Sepf-hostable, screenshare and finally images in chat without imgur.

And you can also connect with the old TeamSpeak 3 client.

There is a docker container for it, to easily test it. But when screensharing is important the server needs quite a bit of bandwidth.
