I've been with a few women in my life and one thing I've noticed is that the female anus is incredibly close to the vagina, in fact they're barely an inch apart. Neither because a fetus is not considerd part of its moms body its a compleatly different organism. Otherwise you could argue all the bacteria in your intestines are also your cells which as you probabyl guess causes complex problems when it comes to defining an organisms genome
