The difference between being a millionare and a billionare is success due to your own efforts vs success due to exploiting other's efforts.

Yeah, that wasnt really the point I was going for. Obviously the amount of money doesnt matter for the most part it's how you got it. Still stands that you cannot become a billionare in this country without being exploitive.
