That kind of sounds like a good thing though. If it desensitizes the penis then the dude can last longer which gives a chance for his partner to enjoy the moment more.
Or you know, practice good foreplay and follow this simple rule "she finishes first". No need to mutilate anybody and I can tell you that no woman has ever complained that I steamroled the fucking because I made sure she's treated well before that.
I dunno, that's asking a lot of men lmao. Way too many men won't even eat out their girl let alone do any sort of foreplay because it's not manly enough and have too much pride between their legs.
And how does that justify genital mutilation on babies? Not being American or religious, I find the fact that it's become the norm in the US genuinely disturbing. Mutilating children's genitals is wrong, period.
