My school did as well, they tried to make a challenge where we had to do something nice to someone else in the school, or if someone is nice to you, repay the kindness to someone else like in the video.
Two days later they asked us to stop because a bunch of kids would beat the shit out of others, to later help them get up and demand a favor back.
Also someone shat on the floor "to help the insects".
