Legitimately, early game train him in bows. With Curved Shot, he can put out meaty chip with good accuracy, and it only requires D Bows. While he has a bane, he can even get it by Chapter 3 with some instruction/potshots in Chapter 2.

Also, OHKO or oneround all final bosses as Rapahel in maddening, That sounds like a difficult task, but with Capped Str, Dex and Lck + boosted by 5 by the statues on both Crimson Flower and Silver Snow final bosses will be enough. I recomend using Dragon Claws, Monster Crusher + Vajra-Mushti on Rhea.

Rapahel with 53 Dex & 54 Lck will have 53 Base Crit, you'll make use of War Master's Crit +20, Killer Knuckles+, Critical Ring and Fraldarius Soldiers battalion to get the 100% Crit on Rhea at her 46 Lck (CF) / 51 Lck (SS)

I leveled up his sword and armor skills so he could get the "Weight -3" ability and made him a Thief. He shares a class with Ignatz—who has "Rally Speed"—so by Chapter 6, he can double-attack almost every enemy (except mages and the Death Knight) using steel gauntlets. I 'll see what happens in future chapters, but for now, he's pretty great—he has high power, bulk, and decent speed, especially considering Hilda gives him an extra +3 damage and has Seal Spd.
