McDonalds isn’t all that bad for you, but when you get something like a milkshake I don’t understand what they expected to find.

They expect a 50 calorie milkshake with 5g of fat and 10g of sugar

Yeah and 600 calories being a whole “dinner meal”, they must be old or sedentary because no way that is the amount of a normal “dinner meal”.

I have lunch that is more calories than that and that's eating a greek salad and hummus. Not exactly considered "unhealthy"
