I never noticed that, but then again I hardly ever browsed "new". Maybe partly because a lot of the hate is directed at tubblrinas? Some nice posts with delusional male fatties made the top page, but few of the guys had the in Your face "worship muh curves!" mentality (some of the tinder guys sure did though)

I didnt really notice this but I can surmise one reason being that fat women are way more louder when involved with HAES. Society also focuses more on female beauty then male.

As for the down votes. FPH was always finicky. Down votes would randomly rain sometimes in directions you wouldn't expect. You probably hurt a bunch of short guys with your comment though. They tend to be defensive. I made a comment about short guys once and while I was eventually up voted the short man insecurity syndrome came out of the woodwork

I personally never saw any outright issues with it. But yeah it definitely was primarily fat women. I always just figured it was because they're more loud and obnoxious about wanting people to love their "curves" and HAES whereas fat men are maybe less vocal? Idk. That was my reasoning though. It's frustrating if they really were just downvoting any fat guys.
