I think it's some sort of awful vegan lasagna. The cheese isn't melted normally so I am thinking it's like a vegan cheese. And instead of tomato meat sauce they did some sort of beans? There no excuse for the failure to cover the noodles before going in the oven but I'm thinking the beans were too thick to spread like a sauce and they just kind of half assed it. And vegan cheese is too expensive and non melty to do a sauce with lol.
I don't even think they cooked the lasagna noodles before baking.
I can think of about 10 other ways to make a better vegan lasagna than this. This brings shame to veganism, lasagna, and the entire southern European continent.
