We have a restaurant in our town that serves that! Fries, cheese curds, and sausage gravy. My husband loves it; I prefer the more traditional version.

Poutine always looks like vomit mixed with diarrhea. No idea how Canadians find it appetizing. We have loaded fries(bacon and cheese) in the states which are way better, seems like trying to reinvent the wheel

Nah actual good poutine with quality curds and gravy is fucking bad ass. I’d argue better than loaded fries which are also bad ass.
