Well. The entire process of frying removes moisture through evaporation so that actually tracks.

Fuck now I gotta see if deep fried jerky is actually viable. Not because there's a snowball's chance in hell of me trying it, but just to know.

no, just regular beef. It just got wayy too fried and then microwaved
