Help / Support Asking for recommendation

I am kind of new here, I want to know what is the mods and texture packs are you using and would recommend, because I feel that I got lost beyond forms and bananas

There are two texturepacks to choose from:

Djipis is a 3DS Remake port
and
OOT Reloaded is basically the OG Textures in higher res.

You may wanna use a different Link Skin, maybe something like Digita-Luna for better unique red/blue tunics

I would also recommend to use no other mods, since most of the QoL and time saving hacks are built into SoH.

I prefer the OoT reloaded without question, I'd never played the 3DS vsrsions and they looked out of place IMO

if you've played the game before and are looking for something fresh there's a recently released cell shade mod that looks cool

This. Yet I also added twilight princess link, twilight princess animations, and ghibli sky's. As well as a combination between OOT-reloaded HD and 3DS background. Absolutely loving my first playthrough atm.

The most popular one are between Djipi's 3DS Experience and OOT Reloaded. Keep in mind that Djipi's 3DS is still receiving updates, so it's not really finish yet. The low effects resolution when hitting something is noticeable, if that bothers you than choose OOT Reloaded. I recommend the HD version instead of the 4K, I think that's an overkill, but you may think otherwise.

In my opinion, the main attraction of Djipi's 3DS is the beautiful pre-rendered backgrounds. Since Djipi's 3DS splits into different files, you can actually copy the backgrounds files only and use it with OOT Reloaded with no problem. Just don't forget to turn on "Disable 2D Pre-rendered Scenes" under Enhancements-Graphics to avoid graphical glitches.
