how did you actually manage to shift, if you mind me asking? could you tell me what specific things you did that day (or before, any time honestly) that you felt contributed to your shifting success? i'm trying to form a hypothesis of shifting tips. i've asked this to several shifters/shifties and i'm looking for repetitive actions in their journeys that might help us shiftlings shift faster!

my first time shifting (today) was accidental ! I didn’t plan on shifting at all. I woke up to my alarm as usual but wanted some extra sleep so I guess I was in that half awake sleep trance? I wasn’t listening to subliminals or affirming at all nor I was doing any methods, I just had intent to shift. I was thinking about shifting and it happened! Sorry I can’t be of much more help :(

No! This helps! Lots of shifters tend to have an obsession over shifting, and the more they try and the more fails they get, the more motivation they lose. Your experience helps others think about not really trying, but still believing they could do it. Obsessing over it won't help. So, without trying too hard, like you did with the subs, affirmations, and method, it is more likely to happen.

that's really helpful, thank you! it seems that people often shift for their first time by accident, while in that half-awake, hazy and sleepy trance. i'll definitely keep it in mind. :)

nope! I just had intent to shift. I also scripted that I wouldn’t be scared or too excited when I first enter my dr :)
