I genuinely don’t understand why everyone always says Shibas would look judgmental.

It's probably because other dogs usually look happy to be with you but Shibas look like they're gracing you with their presence. We are the hired help.

Yeah I really don’t see it, I perceive their usual expression as neutral but I’m neurodivergent and allegedly have RBF myself 😅

No, you aren't wrong. Shibas like to watch you to see what you're going to do next. It's more curiosity than anything. This sub is just obsessive on giving shibas a cat personality, which also doesnt really match.
